Summary: These Terms govern your use of the CueLab CRM mobile application and related services operated by Aidify Learning and Mobility Pvt. Ltd. By using CueLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Definitions
“CueLab,” “Service,” “App” refers to the CueLab CRM mobile application for Android and iOS, the CueLab website (cuelab.app), and any related services.
“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Aidify Learning and Mobility Pvt. Ltd., registered at Office 31, B-wing, Bandal Dhankude Plaza, Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune 411038, India.
“User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
“Organization” refers to a business entity created within CueLab to manage leads and team members.
“Lead Data” refers to contact information and metadata of potential customers captured through integrated lead sources.
2. Account Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must verify your phone number via OTP during registration.
One person or entity may maintain multiple CueLab accounts only if each is associated with a distinct phone number.
3. Use of the Service
CueLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
Resell, sublicense, or distribute the App or any part of the Service.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Lite Plan: Free of charge with limited features (10 lead access/month, 10 AI credits/month).
Advanced Plan: Paid subscription at $12/month (billed monthly) or $100/year (billed annually). Includes unlimited lead access, team dashboards, collaboration tools, and 100 AI credits/month.
Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. All payment terms, processing, and billing are subject to the respective app store’s terms.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before price changes affect their renewal.
5. Free Trial
CueLab offers a 14-day free trial of the Advanced plan. No credit card is required to start a trial.
At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Lite plan unless you subscribe to the Advanced plan.
Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user/device.
6. Data & Content Ownership
Your data remains yours. You retain all rights to the data you input into CueLab, including lead data, notes, and organization information.
You grant CueLab a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.
Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data and lead data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., preventing fraud).
You may export your lead data at any time through the app’s export functionality.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CueLab to:
Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to leads or contacts.
Harass, abuse, or harm any person.
Collect or store personal data of leads in violation of applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, and other local regulations).
Impersonate any person or entity.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
Use the notification keyword capture feature to monitor private conversations or collect data beyond lead generation purposes.
Violate the terms of service of any integrated third-party platform (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, etc.).
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8. Device Permissions
CueLab requests specific device permissions to deliver its features. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge and agree that:
Call Log Access is used exclusively for matching phone numbers against leads for the Caller ID feature. Call log data is processed locally and not uploaded to our servers.
Display Over Other Apps is used exclusively for the Caller ID overlay pop-up.
Contacts Access is used for team lead contact syncing. Contact data is processed locally.
Notification Access (optional) is used only when explicitly enabled by you for WhatsApp/Telegram/SMS keyword-based lead capture. Only notifications from unsaved numbers matching your defined keywords are processed. You may disable this at any time.
You may revoke any permission at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission will disable the associated feature but will not affect other CueLab functionality.
9. AI Features
CueLab provides AI-powered message drafting as an assistive tool. AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and sending any AI-generated messages.
AI credits are allocated per plan (Lite: 10/month, Advanced: 100/month). Unused credits do not roll over.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
10. Third-Party Integrations
CueLab integrates with third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party’s terms of service and privacy policy.
CueLab is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining valid authorization with third-party platforms (e.g., keeping your Facebook page connection active).
Changes to third-party APIs may affect CueLab functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee uninterrupted integration.
11. Intellectual Property
The CueLab app, website, brand, logo, design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Aidify Learning and Mobility Pvt. Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the Service as described herein.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
CueLab is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to CueLab in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your interactions with leads or the actions of your team members within CueLab.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aidify Learning and Mobility Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your use or misuse of CueLab.
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Your interactions with leads, including any violation of data protection laws.
Content you create or transmit through the Service.
14. Termination
By you: You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Active paid subscriptions must be cancelled through the relevant app store.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that harms other users or CueLab.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for up to 90 days post-termination for recovery purposes, after which it will be deleted.
15. Refund Policy
CueLab follows a no-refund policy for paid subscriptions. Since we offer a free Lite plan and a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, users have ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
Refund requests for app store purchases are subject to the policies of Google Play Store or Apple App Store respectively.
16. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CueLab shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Nothing in this section prevents you from filing a complaint with your local consumer protection or data protection authority.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of CueLab after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
